i guess it was pretty good.

i mean, i wouldn't call it like a great metal track or anything, but i think it would sound great for, as you described, a fight sequence. if i had any flash skills, i'd use it....

staticnoise responds:

Fair enough. Thanks for the review.

i can't give you much on the overall or clarity

but i'd say it was pretty good. it sounded very offbeat at first cause of all the static and stuff, and it kinda sounds as if the whole thing was recorded at once with one mic, but i could be wrong. anyway, from what i could make out, it sounded like it was a good song, but all the outside noise and static really made it sound kinda bad. all in all, it's good, just work on the recording...

ElGhoulio responds:

That's the fact that I had to convert this from 768 kbps to 56 kbps, so you're probably hearing the poor quality of the MP3 file. If I don't convert them that low, the file won't fit. Sorry. :(

i dig it.

i think this one is really cool. i love the whole flow of it; it works real well. the midi thing sounds kidna funny to me, but it's still really good.

can't put this one in 1 line....

i don't really know much what to say. it sounded pretty good. i can't honestly say i liked vocals (at all), but i guess that's just the style of music (black, death, whatever metal you call it), and there's nothing i can do about. it kinda sounded all over the place, especially for the drums. as for the ratings and all, i'm still not sure, so i gave you what i thought would be right had i been more into that style of metal. anyway, i won't be too quick to judge you. i'll check out your other stuff tomorrow, cause right now, i'm gonna get ready to go to bed.

ElGhoulio responds:

Yes, we need more ppl like you. Even if you don't like a particular kind of music, you can still appreciate it and you still don't get all judgmental. I salute you. :D

great, but your best, but still...

i like it, but i feel like it's not quite your best. but then again, as i'm listening to it for a second time, it's growing on me. this usually happens with most songs/bands i like anyway. ANYWAY, it's very reminescent (sp?) of slayer. very cool. and while i'm writing a review for you, i might as well get this out. i hate to sound pushy, but your song titles are VERY cheesy in a not very good way (containing "FUCK" in every title), but the music does suffice quite well. but that's just my opinion. do what you want, as long as you keep making good music.

truly excellent.

this one really surpasses the line of excellence. i love the oldschool thrash style in this one. and kudos to the pantera riff at the end. keep getting stuff like this in. i love it.

GoreBastard responds:

Cheers mate... I just had to do that pantera riff. It fucking rules. I did another Pantera riff at the end of "Corneria Metalized", which is also rocks.

err, i don't have "one line" for this...

it was pretty good, but i think every aspect of it has a lot of room for improvement. this one sounds like it's got great riffs and everything, but it seems kinda simple. i don't, i guess it's just cause i'm really into leads. anyway, the biggest problem was probably the recording of the guitar. the drums were fine, but the guitar sounded extra distorted, or fuzzy and kinda muffled. just work on that stuff, and it should sound a lot better.

Metalholic115 responds:

In terms of simplicity, you're right. I could've made a really complex song if I really wanted to, with lots of leads and more complex riffs. The thing is, I just did what I thought worked. And to me, it did. The thing about recording the guitar was, I hooked it up to a Boss MT-2 pedal, so there's gonna be lots of distortion. I also did a lot of palm muting. When it comes to the actual song itself, I just couldn't find any place to put a solo in, nor did I want to make the song any longer and put one in. So I didn't bother with one. Anyway, thanks for your review bro!

great.

not perfect, but i still thought it was pretty awesome. i liked all the Dime-esque riffs and stuff. and what are you using to record, cause i can't get any decent quality out of my recordings....

sheepy770 responds:

I just used a PC mic next to my line 6 amp, and recorded. Thanks

nice

it was good. the fact that you used it with a keyboard is kinda meh, but it did sound a lot more like a real guitar than others i've heared. anyway, it was good.

jackie1188 responds:

yeah, i like this keyboard very much.

btw, im trying to connect my keyboard with an software-sampler on my pc, so i can do even better sounds, check my Music regually, there about to come soon.

well made

it was pretty good. awesome sound quality. but it seemed slightly repetitive, and the guitars were pretty simple. vocals and lyrics were alright. i can't say much about vocals/lyrics cause i never like them anyway. the drums were pretty good. it sounded really clear. all around, i think there's a lot of room for improvment, but just continue to improve and do what you do.

Questionauthority responds:

thanks for your feedback!

i got on newgrounds when i was 13, so all my posts are immature and my music sucked. but i'm revamping my NG profile to make it better now.... peace.
